*drones are not allow to fly near airports, state parks, and some other areas. we will refund you the drone package if we can't fly the drone the day of the event. Please allow up to 14 days after the event day to receive the refund. You can also contact us with the location address, and we can look it up before booking.
Details
Payment : A 30% deposit is required at booking to hold the date. The remaining balance is due before the Event day
Cancellation: Upon booking, we reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, unless Integrative Images LLC is able to fully replace the cancelled reservation, all retainers are non-refundable, even if the date of the event is changed or the event is cancelled for any reason.
